Taking proper care of your swimwear is essential for making sure it lasts as long as possible. By following a few simple guidelines, you can extend the life of your swimwear and keep it looking great for many seasons to come.
Turn your swimwear inside out and rinse in cold or lukewarm water for 5-10 mins. Do not machine wash your swimwear.
Hand washing your swimwear with mild soap will help it shed fewer micro-fibers. Keep our beautiful blue oceans clean and do not use any chemical-packed detergents or bleach. You can use mild body soap or delicate garment soap to wash your swimwear.
Body and tanning oils can break down the stretch fibers overtime – that's why you should make sure to cold rinse your swimsuit after each wear, even if you didn't go into the water. Don't forget! Never iron, never dry clean or never put your swimsuit in the dryer. Dry in the shade inside out!
Make sure you give your swim piece time to relax in between uses. (That will allow the stretchy elastane fibers to recover.) After each wash wait until it's completely dry before wearing it again.
