We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer returns within 14 days of your purchase. We are a small brand and we value your feedback more than anything! We would love to hear your thoughts on any items being purchased or returned.

Start Your Return

To return your Paume items, please follow the steps listed below:
Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, unused and unworn and in good condition with no signs of use, and is accompanied by its original packaging, labels, and accessories all attached.

Please contact our Customer Support team via support@paumeslowliving.com. In the email, please include:

  • Order number
  • Name of the order
  • Email address
  • Reason of return

Please note that items marked reduced, or purchased as part of a sale, including items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for any returns, and the original shipping fee paid by the customer at checkout will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please kindly note that depending on the bank that you use – refunds may take longer than expected to appear in your account. We will notify you with further information immediately after reviewing your return request.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for a different size. If you prefer to exchange for a different colour, pattern or an entirely different item, please return it and place a new order from the website. Please make sure the item you are requesting an exchange for is available on our website. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or colour you want, we will refund you instead.

If you would like to exchange an item due to it’s size or fitting, please contact our customer support via support@paumeslowliving.com as soon as possible after you receive your initial order. In the email, please include:

  • Order number
  • Name of the order
  • Email address
  • Reason of exchange
  • What new size you would like

Note: If you request an exchange, the product that was exchanged will be sent back to the address you used for the order, and an information email will be automatically sent to the email address you used for the order. If you prefer to have the shipment sent to a different address than the original one, you can simply write your request as a note on the bottom of the exchange/return email.

If I’m not happy with the product, can I return it?

Yes! We fully stand behind our collection and know you will love it. However, if at any time within the 14 days of receipt you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at sales@paumeslowliving.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact including the hygienic liner for swimwear bottoms. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

What is Paume's return policy?

We accept returns for unworn items bought from paumeslowliving.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We only accept returns for swimwear and scarves with no signs of usage, and in its original packaging with all labels attached including the hygienic liner for our swimwear. Please note all items marked final sale, or items purchased with a discount code or as part of a campaign are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Please also note that you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item, unless, of course, the product has a major defect.

How do I start my return?

Simply submit your return request to the email address provided on our Returns & Exchange page. After reviewing your return request email we will notify you with further information about your return and . Once your items are inspected by our team, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Can I track my return?

You will be able to track your return manually by following these simple steps. Once your return request email is confirmed by our team – we will kindly ask you to return and ship the items back to us. You will be able to track your return by using the new tracking number provided by the shipping company on the label to trace your package. Once the items have arrived safely to us and after an inspection by our team you can expect the refund to be processed within 5-10 business days.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

All of our swimwear packaging is eco-friendly and made from recycled material. We have designed our packaging bags with a zip lock that allows you to kindly remove your items and place them back in after trying. Therefore, we do not accept returns if you have lost the original packaging, if the original packaging is damaged or if the products have signs of usage. We only accept returns for unworn swimwear and scarves, in its original packaging with all labels attached including the hygienic liner for our swimwear.
