Free shipping on all domestic orders for Turkey. We're a small brand run by a team of creatives, and we believe that patience and kindness go a long way. Since we have limited staff, it may take us about 3-5 working days to ship your orders, but we promise it'll be worth the wait! For our friends within Turkiye, we work with Yurtiçi Kargo to get your orders to you. All international deliveries may be subject to custom and duties charges upon delivery. Please note that you are responsible for any customs and duties charges that relate to your shipment if they apply. (tariffs, taxes, customs charges etc.) We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means, depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying custom charges when your order arrives at customs/or your door. Your orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days as mentioned above and delivery times are from the day when the order has been confirmed by our team at the warehouse.
We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time are longer than indicated. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by situations beyond our control.

Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends, which means we are unable to process any orders during these periods. However, once we are back in office we will make sure to pack and ship orders as soon as possible!
Please note that during these times, you may struggle in getting response from our customer service due to limited staff. Additionally, during high season due to the high volume of orders received, shipping and deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
